Citizen Input: Questions and comments for Mayor & Council - Comments should be limited to not more than three (3) minutes. This is the time and place for any person who wishes to comment on non-agenda items and items that are relevant to the authority of the City Council. Items brought forward to the attention of the City Council will be turned over to staff to provide a response outside of the City Council meeting.

d. Consider Ordinance 2026 11 An Ordinance amending Title 12 to close applications and zoning map amendments for R2 and MXD zones, and the repeal the RT zone.
