Utah's Truth-In-Taxation law requires Hyde Park City to give residents clear public notice and hold a public hearing before adopting a property tax rate that would generate more revenue than the prior year (not counting revenue from new growth). This page is where the City posts the official notices, the property tax impact schedule, and supporting materials related to that process.
